I'm working on trying to fix the biber failure.  It's an odd one that I cannot reproduce locally in mock.  What I've been able to determine is that is appears that the "ls-R" files are not present in the koji buildroots for some reason.  Perhaps this is an arch dependent thing since I seem to be landing on armv7 builders all the time.

Well, it fails on an x86 builder as well so that's not it. I think we're going to need to remove the stderr redirects and maybe add some debugging in the scriptlets that build the ls-R files to try to see what's failing there. But I think I'll leave this to others.
