Clean installs, at least Workstation and Server editions, have /var/log/journal; and /etc/systemd/journald.conf defaulting to storage=auto. It's been this way for many dozens of moons. I've also done a bunch of dnf and gnome-software upgrades and /var/log/journal is still present. If /var/log/journal is missing, it's a local phenomenon. -- Chris Murphy _______________________________________________ devel mailing list -- devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to devel-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
