Automation since when? The ticket is five years old! It was assigned to
orphan owner since end of January. Who decided to start a script after
such a long time?

If this cannot be stopped, perhaps it's time to orphan or retire the
package. I've never signed up as EPEL maintainer. Not even retiring the
EPEL packages four months has fixed this mess.
