We actually now have camlp5:

  https://github.com/camlp5/camlp5/issues/58

There was also a code-gen bug in OCaml in RISC-V:

  https://github.com/ocaml/ocaml/issues/9515

The upshot of all this is that I will do a new rebuild of everything
hopefully in the next few days.
