I did not read Fedora list often, just catch this now. Maybe you have
noticed the fix then just ignore my reply.

This has been fixed by below upstream commit:
105cb9544b16 efi/x86: Move efi stub globals from .bss to .data

But during the discussion about the fix, people pointed out grub in
distribution should fix potential other bugs although the kernel commit above
fixed the current issue:
