Rught, they own the package, but thats not the address they have in fas. 
It seems they changed their address, but never made a bugzilla account
with that address, so we can't assign it to the correct address. :( 

If you get a hold of them, please have them make a bugzilla account.

As a side note we should probibly look at orphaning all the packages in
this state.

I am not sure what happened here. We are normally notified of when
someone's redhat.com address isn't valid anymore so we can try and
figure out what to do. ;(
