That's https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1803070.
It's some issue with name_to_handle_at() workaround for older kernels
which don't have it. I never had the time to get to the bottom of this.
Some ways to avoid the issue: use a newer kernel,
ignore tests with --without tests, or use non-nspawn build as you described.
