If allowing the ELN maintainers to fix build failures when the maintainer is
unresponsive is "unreasonable," then I guess it will never build and this is all
a pointless exercise. Setting up impossible requirements doesn't seem fair to
the ELN developers.
If the Fedora maintainers of packages that we plan to include in RHEL are not
responsive, something is very broken and we need to fix that, not just merge the
changes and go away.
