Will this be able to land in FC4? Probably too late for FC4T2, but perhaps for T3? Subversion 1.2 (which has LOCKING for WebDAV type repos use) RC1 should be out today.
IIRC, 1.1 made it to Updates pretty quickly, so if 1.2 doesn't make it to FC4, it will probably be available as an update as well.
