I've been waiting on:

$ koji wait-repo f33-build-side-20855 --build=ocaml-lacaml-9.3.2-17.fc33

for hours now. Seems like newRepo generation is again taking a very
long time?

Also it'd be nice if this command didn't time out after 2 hours
(seems like a very odd and arbitrary choice - why not wait forever?)
and also coped with transient network failures.

For timeout, there is:

  --timeout=TIMEOUT Amount of time to wait (in minutes) before giving up
                     (default: 120)

For network issues, I've been using:

    while ! koji wait-repo ...; do sleep 15; done

...quite successfully.
