That's not a GCC release. Does this mean a 10.0.1 pre-release version
from GCC Git, or the 10.1.0 release that is expected in a few weeks?

Correct, was a bit sloppy with the version numbers there. Essentially it's about GCC-10.x, wiki page updated.
