This is fairly common during freezes; if someone submits an update to
F30/F31/F32 it can go stable for F30 and F31 but not for F32 due to the
freeze. So it's not unusual for things to get 'ahead' in the stable
releases while the branched release is frozen.

Since upgrades use distro-sync these days it's not really something to
worry about.

(Additionally, for Firefox, F32 and F33 builds have been failing for
several days, but a successful F32 build just happened today. There is
a proposed FE for getting it into the Beta.)
