Observant testers have already seen this [-x error last week when the broken packages were placed into rawhide. There really is no reason to be surprised by these errors. This issue was discussed last week on the fedora-test-list. The cleanup stage messages are an obvious side-effect of the underlying problem that the package updates are addressing.
