How to add i686 package availabe for download on x86_64 system?

Hello everyone. Previously, IIRC when we add new package for F31 the i686 version of package available for download on x86_64 systems but now there is no 'mangohud-0.2.0-11.fc31.i686` [1] if you try to install it. We need to manually specify somewhere that some app/lib should available in multilib?
