There's a self-service way to fix this (I see it's already been done in this case, but here it is for the record): (1) On the comment click on the little label icon ("Tags"). (2) Type "spam" into the field and press enter. This will hide the comment as spam. These spam comment reports are aggregated by the BZ maintainers and they will block the spammers' accounts eventually.
