Thank you for all your work throughout the years.

I believe Troy would be an excellent replacement. I've worked with him before on some initiatives and he's always been very supportive and swift in answering questions and figuring out issues from the tiniest detail to the higher level.

So Stephen good luck on your next endeavors and Troy welcome :)
