I've been seeing similar issues, but I couldn't figure out a way to reproduce them. Often, creating the first update works fine, but subsequent update creation requests spin forever. Most of the time, the "Submit" button when creating a new update just spins forever, but checking in another window, the update indeed is already created. Or sometimes, editing an update text body doesn't take effect when clicking "Save" ... Since this "endless hang but mostly succeed anyway" also happens when creating updates from the bodhi CLI / REST API, I assume this is not a frontend issue, but a backend issue ...
