A small improvement on the compose-tracker tool

Hi all,

I have made a small change to the compose-tracker [0] tool, which is a fedora-messaging consumer creating tickets in this repo [1] for every composes that does not complete successfully.

In each ticket you now have access to the time it took for the compose to run, in addition with the details for each phases of the compose.

For an example look at the bottom of this ticket [2].

This is not much, but I think it helps making this information more accessible.
