Looking at the URL above, seeing "Maintained by orphan" ... that certainly
does not help clear up any confusion ;-)

I guess that would be a good, simple, contribution to pagure (-dist-git?):

if maintainer == "orphan":
  return "Package currently not maintained"
else:
  return "Maintained by " + maintainer
