First of all, great to see faster COPR mirrors!

Does COPR itself also use the CDN for builds? I usually build dependency
chains, and since this morning, I see a lot of build failures due to a
newly built package not being available. One example:
- The newly built dependency:
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/thofmann/ros/build/1220759/
- failed build, it cannot find the previously built package:
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/thofmann/ros/build/1220790/

Kind regards,
Till
