It seems that cmark was rebased to 0.29.0 version changing SONAME from libcmark.so.0.28.3 to libcmark.so.0.29.0 without any announcemnt. These packages are affected: # dnf --quiet repoquery --enablerepo perl --enablerepo f32-build --whatrequires 'libcmark.so.0.28.3()(64bit)' --source mkvtoolnix-41.0.0-1.fc32.src.rpm nheko-0.6.4-3.fc32.src.rpm perl-Clownfish-CFC-0.6.3-7.fc31.src.rpm perl-CommonMark-0.290000-3.fc31.src.rpm spectral-0-6.20200123git6af7bef.fc32.src.rpm What's more serious is that a maintainer attempts to push this incompatible package into Fedora 31. -- Petr
