We're responsible for the entire base Java (SE) platform, that is to say the VM and the surrounding Java libraries. Also, we're not just responsible for RHEL and Fedora: our team and our partners in a few other organizations are responsible for all OpenJDK updates for 7, 8, and 11, everywhere, not just GNU and Linux. Which is to say, apart from Oracle's proprietary customers, most of the Java in the world. -- Andrew Haley (he/him) Java Platform Lead Engineer Red Hat UK Ltd. <https://www.redhat.com> https://keybase.io/andrewhaley EAC8 43EB D3EF DB98 CC77 2FAD A5CD 6035 332F A671 _______________________________________________ devel mailing list -- devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to devel-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
