Did you get any kind of error? What time was that UTC?

What was the exact url you were hitting?

There is still an issue with database backups. When it's doing a
database dump the db slows down a lot. :( 

That backup starts sometime after 00:00 (a random time) and runs until
usually 06-07UTC. 

I fear the only way to fix those db dumps causing slowness is to take a
day or two downtime and partition the offending table. ;( 

But that backup should have been over by a few hours ago... so not sure
if thats what you were seeing or not.
