No, when I said that "perl-Time-Piece was obsoleted by the base perl
package", I meant that its functionality was absorbed by the main perl
package, i.e. the module is now built from the perl SRPM rather than
its own SRPM. So perl-Time-Piece still exists, but is not built
independently of the perl interpreter itself.

So perl-Time-Piece-MySQL is still useful.
