The API call bodhi's UI does to its own endpoint is raising a 504 Gateway error which is what is blocking the form :( The new version of bodhi which is deployed in staging, is also having this 504 error but the changes in the UI don't prevent there the creation of the new update. The CLI or indeed `fepdkg update` should still work though.
