From what I understand, once the scitech FAS group turns into a packager
group, only folks that are in the packager group can also be part of
this one. So, if all current members are already packagers, we don't
need to do anything. If the current group has folks that are not in
packagers, they will either need to be sponsored there or removed from
the scitech group.
