Slow up. I have been publishing patches for mock, doing some build
requests but partly due to pull rejections maintaining a "build mock
for me!!!" repo at:

    https://github.com/nakdel/mockrepo/

It's been working pretty well for me building packages on CentOS 6/7/8
and RHEL 8, and Fedora 31. You're welcome to any useful bits. It
includes work-arounds for the poor version of dnf on RHEL 7 and the
resulting dnf workarounds, and te zstd fix to build Fedora 31 packages
on RHEL or CentOS operating systems. One of the critical fixes I've
been doing is to include "BuildRequires: epel-rpm-macros" on anything
that might build on a CentOS or RHEL OS.
