KF5 is not a FTBFS. Please check your scripts next time.

The packages have NEW Fedora 31 FTBFS bugzillas.
If you know for sure they build fine, close them please.

The script is based on a policy. If you don't like the policy, please don't blame the script.

Anyway, I've closed NEW bugs with successful builds after the mass rebuild.
