Hi everybody,

It looks like yesterday, koji stopped blocking and removing retired
packages from the f32 tag, or at least, it stopped doing so reliably.

The following packages have been retired a day ago, but today they are
all still tagged into f32, and were part of two composes after they
were "fedpkg retire"d:

The actual list of affected packages might be longer, but I don't have
a good way of checking "which packages were attempted to be retired,
but actually were not" without looking at dist-git.

The packages listed above were "partly removed" as part of the
six-week-orphan cleanup (dist-git shows the retirement message), but
yet they are all still tagged into f32 and they were included in two
composes since their retirement.
