It's usually enough to ask the original reviewer to unset and set the
"fedora-review: +" flag if the package hasn't changed in the meantime.
No need for a completely fresh review.

What do you mean, there's a fedora 30 package for OpenSubdiv? I can't
find it in fedora at all.
And what do you mean by "just wait for a fedora 31 package"?
