I will be at FOSDEM and I am willing to spend most of my time at the
booth as usual.
But it is going to be hard for me to deal with swag for example, as I
don't see myself carrying the box of t-shirts to Brussels by train.

Don’t worry about physically transporting the swag to Brussels. I’ll take care of that. We will most likely do a shard swag object again and sipplemt it with small stuff. 

Booth ownership involves messaging (important!) and logistics like staffing and hotel rooms (usually coordinated with my help).
