All RHEL python3 packages also provide their python36 names. Where is the problem? If there is some, how can we fix it?

Complete the reverse process. Have all EPEL python 36 modules “provide” python3-module, as well.

If you give me a list of packages that you need, I can rebuild them to add the provide. Please don't just say "all", but actually either only give me the ones that block you or all that still don't have it.
