Given that for dist-git, every pull request will conflict with every
other pull requests, the experience of other projects really is not
relevant here because very, very few have this kind of problem.

Even with pull requests, the Fedora contribution experience will be very
different: dist-git, CLA, neither Gitlab nor Github, and so on.
