Making it public is just a `cosmetic` change IMO, as the `Flock 2019` list is public. But maybe it enhances visibility(searchability?) also.

The ones in this list should be listed.  There are about 22 videos still to be reviewed for final clearance.  I am in 2 weeks of f2f meetings so i am trying to get to them ASAP.
