I tried with a few packages, and I always get the dialog about the package
being retired. I couldn't find a package which was orphaned but not retired.

Since pagure seems to know that the package was retired, an RFE:
please make it prominently visible that the package has been
retired. Something like red background for the whole page would IMHO
be very appropriate. Right now one needs to click on some buttons to
be told that the package is retired.
