Not sure if this is just me, but with this update, most if not all
icons are missing. Was working fine before the update to GNOME 3.34.

I believe that's not a regression from the GNOME 3.34.0 update, but a broken shared-mime-info update. See https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2019-b5c8297c68
This should be fixed in next updates-testing push.
