Copr retention policy has been changed

Hi.
Copr is running out of space. No need to panic. We still have 400 GB of free space, but that is last 5 % of our capacity.

To not reach the roof, I decided to change our retention policy

   https://docs.pagure.org/copr.copr/user_documentation.html#how-long-do-you-keep-the-builds

It has been changed from 14 days to 7 days.

I.e., if you have several versions of the same package then the old version will be deleted after 7 days and only the
highest NEVR will be kept (until EOL of repository).

I hope this is just a temporary situation as we have applied for bigger storage a long time ago; however, we did not get
the funding yet.
