That's in line with what I wrote: People defining the rules cannot see
impact of their decisions. I know that this will happen imediately when
somebody came up with "DNF must enable default streams" that it will
break upgrades. I told that to DNF and Modularity people, but nobody
listened. Maybe it's "for the first time" for you. Not for me. If you
ask DNF people they will tell you that they do exactly what Modularity
team tells them. If you ask Modularity people they will tell you that
switching a stream must be a conscious action and thus it works as
designed.
