Bug-by-bug detail
=============

Accepted blockers
-----------------
1. dracut-modules-olpc —
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1734179 — NEW
Cannot be installed due to unsatisfied 'bitfrost' dependency

bitfrost package was retired, which prevents dracut-modules-olpc from
building. adamwill opened an issue against pungi-fedora:
https://pagure.io/pungi-fedora/issue/759

2. desktop-backgrounds —
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1744266 — NEW
Fedora 31 still using Fedora 30 backgrounds

Package approved: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1745846.
desktop-backgrounds subpackages and kde-settings need updating.

3. gdm — https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1745554 — ASSIGNED
GDM dies after the user has logged out of Gnome Desktop

Switching desktops or logging out kills GDM, which does not restart
automatically. Setting SELinux to permissive mode does not help.

Proposed blockers
-----------------
1. anaconda — https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1745933 — POST
TypeError: Argument 1 does not allow None as a value

Pull request is open upstream to fix the issue:
https://github.com/rhinstaller/anaconda/pull/2105

2. gnome-initial-setup —
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1746563 — NEW
g-i-s fails to run after Workstation and Silverblue installs, even
with SELinux permissive or disabled

SELinux policy causes "oh no!" error screen. Policy fixed in BZ
#1746584. But failures also occur with SELinux in permissive or
disable mode, so there is another cause that has ye
t to be identified.

3. golang — https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1737471 — ASSIGNED
Cannot pull images from registry.fedoraproject.org

podman in F31 cannot pull images from registry, while F30 can.
Disabling TLS 1.3 seems to be a workaround. jcajka has a ticket open
in fedora-infrastructure (https://pagure.io/fed
ora-infrastructure/issue/8154) to update the registry to see if this fixes it.

4. Package Review — https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1745846 — POST
Review Request: f31-backgrounds - Fedora 31 default desktop background

Package is approved.
