What's the mock config file you are using? From the error it seems it's missing config_opts['root']

 I should have posted the full command anyway so here it is:

$ fedora-review --rpm-spec -n plex-media-player-2.40.0-2.fc29.src.rpm -m fedora-30-x86_64-rpmfusion_free

Since I'm getting an error when I just run "fedora-review --help" I didn't attribute it to the mock config... The RPM Fusion usually just extend on the base Fedora config including the free and/or non-free repositories on top of it.
