Re: hwloc update with so-bump and mpich rebuild

Hi,

I started doing the rebuilds now. I'll submit buildroot overrides
as I go. (I was hoping to do this before the bodhi enablement in F31,
but I got confused about the deadline). Unfortunately mpich now failed,
so there'll be some delay. I'll submit one big update for F31 at the
end.
