The current behavior makes a huge security breach in system. It
definitely need to be fixed.

Someone need to implement D-Bus method for adding exceptions to
Firewalld. Applications will use it to allow incoming connections only
when needed by explicit user authorization.

I think this will be not very difficult to implement.
