Perhaps I am not seeing the right patch, but looking at what was posted on github [1], doesn't this udev rule skip over eMMC and SD cards which appear as "/dev/mmcblk#"? Also from the github discussion, what was ultimately decided regarding the IO scheduler for virtual block devices?
