You didn't build this into the python 3.8 side tag, so now it is going
to have to be built again.  Any other python-using packages on this
list are in the same situation.  It would have been helpful to have
the week to plan that the updates policy requires:

Apologies, it seems I haven't been following up on changes to the updates policy closely enough.

After three consecutive rounds of rebuild attempts, everything should be rebuilt in rawhide now, except for the following packages which appear to fail due to reasons unrelated to gsl, e.g. buildrequires on dead packages and incompatibilities with other libraries in rawhide:

astrometry
calligra
espresso
gambas3
giac
gipfel
gnuradio
moose
player
root
sagemath
siril
