Oh. When we release Fedora 32, Fedora 29 is already EOL for 5 months. But the rest checks out. So the "rebuilt on a platform that was supported on the time of the release" doesn't really stand, but I still think the rest of the proposal makes sense. It gives a reasonable time to sway things while it makes sure:

 - FTBFS packages where the bug remains NEW are orphaned
 - We don't ship FTBFS packages forever
 - We don't "rip off" packages after "just 6 months"
