Agreed, but the new definition will need explaining as well. The
canonical definition is at 
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Updates_Policy#Bodhi_enabling . You
would also want to search the entire wiki for the string "Bodhi
activation point" and fix all instances, it is a term that is used in
many places.
