Correct. It was still failing to build.

I misinterpreted the "retire if still failing to build". This is new and unexpected. It is not reasonable to place a hard timeline on a single person for a huge package such as wine gecko.


Wine users need this package to prevent Wine from downloading Gecko from the Internet.

The reasons for the FTBFS have been stated in the bug.

While I would love to fix every FTBFS issue overnight sometimes it just doesn't work that way.

Overnight? The latest build is from 2016-11-24.

Here's the latest update on it, which I will also append to the bug report.
