Well, the page also lists a ton of other things that aren't release
blocking, which is why it has the 'release blocking' column. If it were
truly a list of only the blocking deliverables it'd be even shorter.

I don't remember (or never knew) why we have a page called
'ReleaseBlocking' which lists non-blocking deliverables, but I'd say at
least it should list *all* the deliverables with a column marking
whether they're blocking, or *only* list the blocking deliverables.
Listing some-but-not-all non-blocking deliverables doesn't make any
sense at all.
