At least for the online release notes, aren't they somewhere on the default landing page in Firefox after initial Fedora
installation ? I seem to remember something like that.
Yes, the landing page has a prominent link to "Fedora Documentation", which links to a page for individual release documentation which in turn has the release notes. It's not a simple one-click, but it's fairly discoverable.
