REMINDER: Fedora 31 Code complete (testable) deadline in one week

According to the Fedora 31 schedule[1], the deadline for Changes to be
code complete (i.e. testable enough for beta) is Tuesday 13 August.
At this time, all Changes should be testable and tracker bugs should
be set to the MODIFIED state. For more information on this deadline,
